The right feeling for flavorings, their proper application and harmony, or concepts such as lightness, depth of flavor, smoothness, finesse, are standing in close relationship as well as tradition and innovation and are the components of the kitchen of Paola. A nearly 20-years career, which began with the opening of our wine shop in the heart of Chianti and has been completed with dedication, passion and commitment in 2003 with the opening of our restaurants where we try to satisfy even the most discerning tastes, in a simple typical Tuscan setting of elegance. Experience a culinary journey through the classic Tuscan cuisine such as Chianina beef, the Cinta Senese, typical game dishes, pasta dishes or creative fish dishes. Enjoy creative desserts from our patisserie as well as our organic ice cream.
